Secure The Funding, LLC is a Licensed Mortgage Brokerage Business regulated by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. Our company NMLS identifier is #2085021. Our registered office is 15715 S Dixie Hwy, Suite 417, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157.

You can and should verify our license, and the license of any individual loan originator you speak with, through the NMLS Consumer Access database, which is free and public.

We are a mortgage broker, not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, we do not fund loans, and we do not service them. We arrange, but do not make, mortgage loans. Loans are made by third-party wholesale lenders subject to their own underwriting guidelines.

Nothing here is an offer of credit

No content on this website constitutes a commitment to lend, an offer of credit, an approval, a rate lock, or an advertisement of specific loan terms. Rates, fees, programs, eligibility criteria and availability are set by third-party lenders and government agencies and change frequently and without notice.

All calculator output on this site is an estimate generated from the values you enter, for illustration and education only. Your actual interest rate, monthly payment, mortgage insurance premium, closing costs, cash to close and program eligibility are determined by underwriting and depend on your credit, income, assets, debt obligations, the property, the occupancy type, the loan amount, the lock period and market conditions at the time of application. Property tax and homeowners insurance figures are your inputs, not quotes.

Program details described on this site — including Florida Hometown Heroes assistance amounts, income limits, credit score minimums, eligible employment rules and funding availability; FHA mortgage insurance premiums and duration; VA funding fee percentages and exemptions; and down payment assistance structures — are set by third parties including Florida Housing Finance Corporation, HUD/FHA, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and individual wholesale lenders. They change without notice. We will confirm what is current and applicable to you at the time you apply.

This site and its content are not approved or endorsed by any government agency. Florida Hometown Heroes is a program of the Florida Housing Finance Corporation; we are a participating originator, not the program administrator.

Privacy policy

What we collect. When you book a call or send an enquiry we collect what you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, postal code and general details about the transaction you are contemplating. Our forms deliberately do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth or account numbers, and you should not send those by email or through a web form. When verification is required we will send you a secure, encrypted link.

Where it goes. The booking and enquiry forms on this site are hosted by GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) and embedded into our pages. What you type into them goes directly to GoHighLevel, which stores it and makes it available to our team; it is not stored on this website. GoHighLevel is our customer relationship manager and processes that information on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy. It is the only third party that receives the information you submit.

Other requests your browser makes. Every page loads typefaces from Google Fonts, and the contact page embeds a Google map. Those requests tell Google your IP address and which page you were on, as any third-party resource would. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts of any kind, and we do not have a profile of your visit.

Cookies and local storage. This website sets no cookies of its own. Everything you type into the calculators is processed entirely within your own browser and saved to your device’s local storage so your scenario is still there when you return; it is never transmitted to us unless you press the button that emails your scenario to our team. Clearing your browser data removes it. The embedded GoHighLevel form may set its own cookies within its frame, governed by GoHighLevel’s policy.

How we use it. To respond to your enquiry, to evaluate which loan programs may fit your situation, and to contact you about your request. If you proceed with an application, information you provide will be shared with wholesale lenders, credit reporting agencies, title companies, appraisers and other parties necessary to originate and close your loan.

How long we keep it. We retain enquiry and lead records for three years from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Records connected to a loan application are kept for the longer period that federal and Florida mortgage record-keeping rules require.

What we do not do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Contacting you. If you give us your phone number or email address you are asking us to reply, and you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry using those details. Consent to marketing contact is never a condition of obtaining any product or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or call (786) 519-3007.

Your requests. To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its deletion, email team@securethefunding.com or call (786) 519-3007. We will also tell GoHighLevel to delete it.

If you become a customer. As a mortgage broker we are a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. This page describes the website. If you apply for a loan you will separately receive our GLBA privacy notice, which explains what non-public personal information we collect, who we share it with and the choices you have. That notice governs the loan relationship.

Children. This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Accessibility statement

We are committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. This site is built to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA: it uses semantic HTML and landmarks, provides visible keyboard focus, maintains text contrast ratios, supports zoom and reflow without horizontal scrolling, honours the operating system's reduced-motion preference, labels every form control, and announces each calculator's headline result to assistive technology as it updates. Secondary figures are reachable but not announced, so a screen reader is not flooded on every keystroke.

Accessibility is an ongoing obligation rather than a finished project. Consumer complaint policy

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at (786) 519-3007 or team@securethefunding.com so we can try to resolve it. We acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to resolve them quickly.

You always have the right to escalate. Complaints may be filed with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, which regulates mortgage brokerage businesses in this state, or with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
